EVALUATION OF STATIC AND DYNAMIC PARASSITIC COMPONENTS ON THE INRIM 1 MN PRIMARY FORCE STANDARD MACHINE BY MEANS THE 500 kN SIX-COMPONENT DYNAMOMETER

چکیده
A recent improvement on the ancillary instrumentation and on the acquisition software of the 100 kN and 500 kN INRIM six-component dynamometers makes it possible to measure the parasitic components at static conditions and during the weight transition too, in order to weigh up the influence of the dynamic phenomena on the value of axial load. This paper presents the main results of the evaluation of the parasitic components arising in static and dynamic conditions on the INRIM 1 MN force standard machine by using the INRIM 500 kN six-components dynamometer. It shows that the values of dynamic component can be several time bigger that the values calculated at static conditions, and that they must be measured and monitored in order to avoid any influence on the machine-dynamometer interaction and on the uncertainty of the main axial load.

IMPROVEMENT OF METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTI ́S 110 kN FORCE STANDARD MACHINE BY USING THE CENAM’S SIX-COMPONENT DYNAMOMETER FOR STATIC AND DYNAMIC EVALUATION
− In order to improve the metrological characteristics of the 110 kN INTI primary Force Standard Machine (FSM), an evaluation of the parasitic components that could rise for misalignments and structural deformations, is useful. The values of the parasitic components in static and dynamic conditions were determined by using the sixcomponent dynamometer property of CENAM. On the basis of the mult...

Objective: The effective variables in maintaining balance come from sensory information that is obtained from sensory-visual, vestibular and visual systems, and is affected by coordination, range of motion and muscle strength. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between neuromuscular mechanisms and the static and dynamic balance of soccer players. Methods: In an analy...
متن کاملDynamic and Static Pull-in instability of electrostatically actuated nano/micro membranes under the effects of Casimir force and squeezed film damping
In the current study, the effects of Casimir force and squeeze film damping on pull-in instability and dynamic behavior of electrostatically actuated nano and micro electromechanical systems are investigated separately. Linear elastic membrane theory is used to model the static and dynamic behavior of the system for strip, annular and disk geometries. Squeeze film damping is modeled using nonli...

The base isolation systems are among the passive control devices that have been used over the last three decades to limit the seismic-induced response of structures. In this regard, the Uniform Building Code provisions (UBC) has incorporated a special section for the seismic design of base isolated structures since its 1991 edition. Due to the importance of the behavior of these structures unde...
